your behalf. Landlord Leasing oversees the tenant move-in process, including a detailed inspection,
delivery of all keys and tenant maintenance instructions. Landlord Leasing takes care of all disbursements for maintenance and repairs, Condo/HOA payments, etc., per your instructions. Landlord Leasing disburses all net rent monies to you usually by the 8th day of each month by either mailing your check directly to you, your bank account or credit union, along with a detailed monthly statement. |
